Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the return and correct shipment at no extra cost.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items For hygienic reasons, certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These include:
- Used or opened products
- Custom-made products
- Products that have been altered or damaged by the customer
Return Process

- Ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.
